Every BioDream product can be used without paying us. When yours carries patients, 911 calls or payments, a support agreement means a named contact, help when something breaks, and someone accountable.

Commercial licences
prova and quorum are free for small businesses and noncommercial use respectively. Organisations outside those terms need a commercial licence, and it can be bundled with support.
What we will not claim
Where a product is not yet certified (911 call handling and dispatch, functional safety) or not yet in production use, its site says so, and so will we. Support does not change what a product has been tested for; we will tell you what has and has not been tried.
